The beauty of working with Vidsy is that once you submit your videos, our in-house creative team handle any amends with the brand. Meaning no more client meets, feedback or last-minute changes.

On every campaign, we work with multiple creators at the same time, producing a diverse range of video creative across multiple concepts.

After all the videos are submitted, the Vidsy team works together to draw up a diverse shortlist that shows the best videos from each concept for the client to choose from. It's for this reason that it may not be your strongest video that is shortlisted, but one that stands out against similar creative concepts from all the submissions.

This does mean your final videos may look a little different to the ones you provide.


Delivery to client

The final shortlisted videos are presented to the client for feedback, allowing ample time for the team to make any last-minute adjustments before handing over the final content to the brand.


Recommended Videos

Ever wondered how another creator may have interpreted the brief? Now you can see exactly that! Recommended Videos allows you to watch the strongest videos from other creators on your brief. We hope that, by seeing the variety of different interpretations and creative ideas, this will help you learn from and inspire each other for future work.

Videos that are selected for the Vidsy recommended shortlist will receive a bonus. This bonus amount will vary from brief-to-brief, depending on the creator payment, the number of videos being created, and the number of creators involved.

You can now access the shortlist for any of your previous briefs by heading to the Previous Briefs tab and clicking on any individual project.


Usage and rights

The license we provide for our brands is in perpetuity (i.e. there is no timeframe of usage specified). The licenses also include no restriction on how, or where, brands can use the videos.

The fine print: By submitting an Entry, you assign to Vidsy (by way of present assignment of present and future rights) with full title guarantee the entire copyright and all other rights, title and interest in and to the Content submitted in your Entry to hold throughout the world for the full period of copyright. Vidsy shall have the exclusive use of your Content for all means of exploitation in all media and may assign these rights in your Content to the Featured Brand or to any other third party.


Can I see my finished content?

Unfortunately, once the content is passed over/owned by the client we are unable to provide you with the finished versions. However, we recommend using TikTok's or Meta's ad library to find your content in the wild!


Can I add my videos to my portfolio?

By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree not to disclose, share or display any content or entry created for a brief unless provided with written permission by Vidsy and the Brand. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes your portfolio, any online portfolio, website, social media and any other form of display and otherwise not for any other commercial or professional purpose.

Please do not tag the brand or Vidsy in your portfolio or when sharing about it online or on social media.

You are welcome to include the logo of the brand you have created content for on your portfolio.
