We want to encourage you to mark Vidsy as a safe, important or trusted contact on your email provider, which should cause emails from us go into your Inbox folder.

We have had some feedback from creators that our brief invite emails are going into spam, junk or promotions folders causing them to be missed. 

For Gmail users, doing this is very simple: 

1️⃣ Open up any email from Vidsy

2️⃣ Click the three dots for more in the top menu

3️⃣ Click ‘Mark as important'

You can also hit the arrow icon on the left of the three dots and turn it yellow. That marks it as important.
