How to Submit

  1. Upload your final videos to the Vidsy platform.

  2. Upload clean versions of your videos to Dropbox.

  3. Sign and upload your legal forms to Dropbox.

    Here’s a walkthrough 👇

#1

Everything you need to know in one video

Once you submit your content, our internal creative team work on the videos to finalise motion graphics, overlays and transitions. For that reason, we need you to submit your work in a specific way so that we can easily access the essentials.

#2

Head to the submission page

When viewing your active brief, hit the Submit Files button in the top right-hand corner. This will take you through to the submission page where you’ll be able to upload your final videos.

#3

Upload your final videos

Drag and drop your final videos into the correct upload box (video 1 into the box entitled Video 1, for example).

When you export your final videos, please ensure your content ticks the following boxes:

File type: .mov or .mp4

Codec: H.264

File size: <200mb

#4

Upload additional content to Dropbox

Please upload clean versions of your final videos (without text overlays and music), as well as any additional raw footage you have.

This will make it much easier for us to edit your content when working with the client.

Ensure that your Dropbox upload follows the structure provided by the Vidsy team.

#5

Sign and send your legal forms

We need a performer release signed for every person featured in your content – even if it’s yourself!

We also need a location release signed for any private locations you may have filmed in.

#6

Hit submit!

Don’t forget to scroll to the bottom and hit the Submit button to send your videos to Vidsy. Once you’ve done this, you’ll lose access to the brief, so please make sure you’ve completed all the steps.
